ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The affidavit filed by the Headmistress of the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Madurantakam seeks to suggest that on the southern side of the compound wall there are some problems arising from the unauthorised construction. This being the girls school and especially in view of the averment in paragraph 9 of the affidavit of the Headmistress, it is advisable that the proceedings before the first respondent are concluded expeditiously with follow up action.

2. We call upon the first respondent/Commissioner, Madurantakam Municipality to take a final view in the matter after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of one month from today.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
