ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2023 to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet in H.S.No.13 of 2020, dated 11.07.2020 by the second respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2023 has been received and the enquiry is pending in C.No.H-4/E-4044696/2023 dated 30.01.2023.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders, in the manner

known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
