This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2671 of 2023 dated 08.02.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case has been transferred to the Inspector of Police, CCB, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(d) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2671 of 2023 dated 08.02.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, CCB, Coimbatore, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
