O R D E R
(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 392 IPC, in Crime No. 536 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the de facto complainant is that the petitioner along with other accused had robbed the Cell Phone from the de facto complainant by threatening him at knife point. Hence the complaint.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and false complaint has been foisted against him. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner along with A1 and A2 had committed robbery and robbed three Cell Phones from three persons including the defacto complainant.. He further submitted that A1 and A2 were arrested and they are are stillin custody and investigation is pending. Therefore, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner had robbed from three persons and the arrested accused are still in custody, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
