This petition is filed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2012 pending on the file of the respondent in accordance with law.

2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property comprised in Survey Nos.518 part and 522 part in Plot No.26, Door No.1, Bharathidasan Nagar, Atthipattu, Chennai 600 058. 3.According to the petitioner, there is a dispute between him and the neighbouring plot owners regarding measurement of the said property, for which, he has given a representation to the respondent on 29.10.2012 and the same is yet to be disposed of. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2012 on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties connected with the issue and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
