PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order dated 25.07.2018 vide proceedings in No.:Na.Ka.E1/2178/2017/IV on the file of the third respondent and quash the same and direct the third respondent to demolish the old dilapidated building comprised in Survey Number 134 situated at Ward No.56, Mangalam Road, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District in accordance with the notice issued by the third respondent under Section 327 of Tiruppur City Municipal Corporation Act vide proceedings in No.Na.Ka.E1/2178/2017 dated 16.10.2017.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
