CRIME NO.382/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the condition the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14555/2020 dated 18.09.2020, that the shall stay at Chennai is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6140 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14555 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ILAYARAJA KANDASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 09.10.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6140 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14555 of 2020.

2. This Court, vide order dated 09.10.2020 directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police on Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above relaxation condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 18.09.2020 in Crl.OP.No.14555 of 2020 stand unaltered.
