ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18513 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30189 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first and third Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30189 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18513 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30189 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed.
