The petitioner, in the affidavit filed in support of the application indicated the reasons for the absence of the counsel on the date of the hearing.

In view of those reasons, we deem if fit and proper to restore the Writ Petition.

The order dated 17.03.2017 is recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to file.
