ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6924 of 2025, dated 11.03.2025, that the petitioner Page No.1 of 4
shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6924 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 is relaxed.
