ORDER
Heard.
2. This Application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd defendant as proposed defendants 3 to 6. The affidavit states that the 3rd defendant, died on 01.03.2026 and that, upon particulars being furnished, the present application has been taken out to implead his legal heirs, namely, K.Lakshmi, K.Vinodhini, K.Lokesh and K.Barath.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs submitted that the presence of the proposed parties is necessary for effective adjudication of the 2/5
suit.
4. Learned counsel appearing on the respondents side raised no objection to the relief sought.
5. In view of the averments contained in the affidavit and considering that no serious objection has been raised on the respondent side, this Court is satisfied that the application deserves to be allowed.
6. Accordingly, this Application is allowed. The proposed parties, namely, K.Lakshmi, K.Vinodhini, K.Lokesh and K.Barath are brought on record as defendants 3 to 6 in the above suit.
7. The applicants/plaintiffs are directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint, cause title and connected records within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 08.04.2026 dpq 3/5
