The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to present the appeal as against the acquittal passed by the Special Metropolitan Magistrate XVI, Small Causes Court at Chennai in S.T.C.No.1076 of 2021 dated on 13.02.2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
