Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8997 of 2021 dated 13/05/2021 in Crime no.312 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and thus render justice.
Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MADHU PRAKASH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.E.PRATAP,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 6(b) of the order dated 13.05.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8997 of 2021.
2. This Court, vide order dated 13.05.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 13.05.2021 stand unaltered.
