ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5063 of 2021, dated 21.06.2021.

2.This Court vide order dated 21.06.2021, granted bail to the petitioner imposing certain conditions, which, according to the petitioner as well as the respondents, is being complied with. The present petition has been filed for modification of the said conditions.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the very same conditions, which were imposed while granting interim bail was imposed while granting bail as well and, therefore, the same may be modified.

4. Though such a submission is advanced, it is evident from the record that the normal conditions as are usually imposed for grant of bail are alone granted and no additional or onerous condition has been imposed. Such being the case, no case is made out for modification of the said conditions and, accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
