( Civil Appellate Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the First day of August Two Thousand Nineteen PRESENT THE HON`BLE MR JUSTICE T.RAVINDRAN CMP NO.10678 OF 2019 IN SA.617 OF 2019 SETHURAMAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs K.TAMIL SELVI ALIAS SELVI [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings in Judgement and decree dt 09-02-2007 made in Os no.4354/2003 on the file of 17th Asst City Civil court Which was confirmed by judgement and decree dt 19-02-2010 made in AS No.437/2007 on the filed V Addl Judge City civil court Chenani (CMP.10678/2019) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- No representation for the petitioner/appellant, despite the matter being called twice. petitioner/appellant called absent.

2. It is also found that despite interim order passed by this Court dated 03.07.2019, the petitioner has not endeavoured to cause serving of notice to the respondent by filing necessary batta as pointed out by the Registry.

3. In the light of the above position, it is seen that the petitioner has not evinced interest in the prosecution of the application as per law. Therefore, there is no purpose in keeping this petition further pending.
