Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioners in the event of their arrest in Crime No.1360 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.1360 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in possession of in possession of 1.3 kg of Kanja and A1 in this case was arrested. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Based on the confession made by the arrested accused, the petitioners and other accused were added in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are found in possession of 1.3 kg of Kanja. As far as the first petitioner has nine previous case and the second petitioner has three previous case and the details are given below: First petitioner/A2:
