This petition has been filed for grant of letters of administration in respect of the Will of the deceased K.Ponnurangam.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the dispute has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre attached to this court in terms of the Settlement Agreement arrived between the parties.

The Settlement agreement executed between the parties has also been sent along with the Mediation report.

3. In such view of the matter, this Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement executed between the parties. The settlement agreement dated 11.01.2024 executed between the parties form part of the records.

Consequently connected applications are closed.
