ORDER

The wife filed the petition seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.366 of 2014 filed by the husband on the file of the Subordinate Judge at Poonamallee for divorce to the file of Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu.

Though the respondent has been served and his name appears in the cause-list, no one enters appearance. 3.

Since the petitioner is living along with her parents and she is having a child, it is impossible for her to travel from Chengalpattu to Poonamallee to attend the case. Therefore, it is appropriate to transfer H.M.O.P.No.366 of 2014 from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamalle to the file of Principal Sub Court, Chengalpattu.

The petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
