O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition of the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and to report before the Inspector of Police, K.V.Kuppam Police Station, Vellore District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11716 of 2020 in Crime No.632 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police vide order dated 05.08.2020.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the lady and she is facing threat by the relatives of the deceased. As per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11716 of 2020 on 05.08.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, she seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11716 of 2020 on 05.08.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
