ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, quashing the seniority list for General Surgery published the 2nd respondent on 20.05.2022 and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to issue posting to the petitioner in General Surgery Department of Government of Thanjavur Medical College by revising the Seniority List taking into account the Station Seniority of the petitioner.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
