Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the impugned G.O.(D).No.1013 Home (Courts VIA) Department dated 06.10.2010 of the first respondent and quash the same and further direct direct the first respondent to appoint suitable person as Additional Government Pleader cum Additional Public Prosecutor for the Sub-Court, Kanchipuram in consonance with Section 24 (7) and (8) of Criminal Procedure Code.
