Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to renew the petitioner's credit facility under Account No.4627000600297601 for the periods from April 2021 to March 2022 without insisting the petitioner to produce second consent letter from the guarantor/mortgagor and unfreeze the petitioner's account so as to continue the business and pay the interest to the respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2021.
