ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, Inspector of Police, Tirumullaivoil Police Station, Chennai to register the case based on his complaint dated 28.09.2015 and to take appropriate action against the accused persons, in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 28.09.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed.
