The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus forbearing the first respondent from transferring the existing ration shop No.CP 052 situated in Periyakottapalayam village to Chinnakottapalayam or any other place on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2016. 2.Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that there is no proposal pending to shift the subject Ration Shop situated in Periyakottapalayam village to some other location and therefore, no further orders need be passed in this matter.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
