JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Honourable Chief Justice) Since the Writ Appeal has been filed against the interlocutory order passed by the learned Single Judge, the Writ Appeal is not maintainable.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner prayed that a direction may be issued to the Registry to list the Writ Petition at an early date, so that the Writ Petition can be taken up and decided finally.

3. The prayer aforesaid is to be accepted, looking into the nature of the litigation.

4. Accordingly, while causing no interference in the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge, the present Writ Appeal is disposed of, with a direction to the Registry to list W.P.No.10470 of 2021 itself before the Single Bench on 10.08.2022.

5. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions are closed.
