JUDGMENT

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

A communication dated 15.07.2015 of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, enclosing a copy of its report dated 10.07.2015 has been received, wherein it is stated as follows:- "Both the parties appeared before the Centre along with their counsel. Matter has been settled between them as per the terms cited in the Mediation Agreement enclosed. Hence the matter is sent back to the Honourable Court.

The Mediation Agreement dated 10.07.2015 recorded before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre would indicate that the Petitioner and the respondent are willing to live together. The Mediation Agreement dated 10.07.2015 reads as follows:- "1. The petitioner and respondent are willing to live together (Re-union) in the residence of respondent at Erode 2.

The respondent undertakes to withdraw the petition in HMOP No. 639 of 2014 filed against the petitioner for divorce, without any condition, which is pending before the Family Court, Erode 3.

The petitioner undertakes to withdraw her complaint under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act in MC No. 4 of 2015 against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent without any condition pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the mediation agreement, both the petitioner and the respondent are living together. In view of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered in terms of the agreement entered into between the plaintiffs and defendant on 10.07.2015 before the Mediation Centre. The Mediation Agreement dated 10.07.2015 shall part of the records. No costs. Connected MP No. 1 of 2015 is closed.
