The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the proceeding pending in O.S.No.23 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court at Pollachi, Coimbatore District and transfer the same to any other Court having the similar jurisdiction in Coimbatore to consider the case on merits. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the learned Presiding Officer against whom the allegations are made is now transferred and new Presiding Officer has taken charge.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
