Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writs, ORDERS or DIRECTIONS and in particular issue a Writ of DECLARATION, declaring the G.O.Ms.No.27, dated 1.04.2015 issued the Government of Pondicherry in respect of Special Category candidates (Physically Handicapped, meritorious sports personnel, freedom fighter and wards of Ex-servicemen) in so for as its states there will be only one counseling and resultant vacancies there on will be carried over to the respective categories is illegal and unconstitutional and thus render justice".
