ORDER

(1) Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

(2) The writ petition has been filed on the basis of the representation dated 19.03.2021 and a reminder on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

26.04.2021 seeking measurement of the property in S.No.370/2A, which according to the petitioner measures about 50 cents in Ramanaikanpalayam Village, in Attur Taluk, Salem District. However, the petitioner had not applied in the manner known to the rules, viz., through online and had not paid necessary charges. Without the same, there cannot be a direction issued to any one of the respondents, more particularly, to respondents 2 and 3 to measure the property.

(3) Liberty is therefore, given to the petitioner to apply online by making necessary payments and if such online application is made, within a period of twenty weeks from that particular date, the respondents 2 and 3 may examine the said application and thereafter, do the needful if the records of the petitioner are in order and also after examining the revenue records available with the respondents themselves.

(4) With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
