This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of the first respondent in Memo No.DC6/18600/2015-1 dated 18.05.2016 and to quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.After elaborate arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has to retire on 31.05.2016 but the same was stalled due to enquiry and he faces irreparable loss and hardships because of it. The learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

counsel for the petitioner made a request that a direction may be given to the respondents to conclude the enquiry immediately. 4.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the matter involves 100's of sale deeds and they will try their level best to conclude the enquiry as expeditiously as possible.

5.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Advocate General, this Writ Petition is closed. However, this Court directs the petitioner to give full co-operation to the authorities, who in turn shall conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
