ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.71 of 2018 at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1427 of 2018, the respondent has registered a case on 07.03.2018, in Crime No.71 of 2018 for the offences under sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 I.P.C , but, thereafter no steps have been taken for completing the investigation and hence he requests to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigation and the investigation is in progress. She further submitted that four weeks time may be granted for filing a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
