This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to call for the records in Crime No.68/2020 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondent and perused the records.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet also filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
