Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in the order bearing Na.Ka.No.2162/2017 (Aa5) dated 17.05.2017 passed by the respondent No.3, and quashing the same and directing the respondents to pay the petitioner the refugee relief fund with effect from April,2015.

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

It is seen that the impugned order is only a consequential order in pursuant to the orders already passed on 05.03.2015 and 17.03.2015 by the Principal Secretary/ Commissioner and the District Collector, Coimbatore respectively. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge those orders. It is stated that those orders are not furnished to the petitioner so far. Therefore, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to furnish the copy of the proceedings dated 05.03.2015 and 17.03.2015 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of those orders, the petitioner can file a fresh writ petition challenging those orders as well as the consequential orders.

4. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
