By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner along with two others on an earlier occasion, filed W.P.No.19447 of 2008 questioning the order dated 14.09.2007 in and by which, the respondent herein has rejected their claim for consideration of the earlier service and while dismissing the writ petition vide order dated 10.03.2007, this Court has granted liberty to the petitioners which included this petitioner, to submit a representation to the respondent for sympathetic consideration and for further direction directing them to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

3.The petitioner herein in pursuant to the liberty granted in the above cited order, submitted a representation dated 03.05.2012 followed by another representation dated 17.05.2014 to the respondent and since no orders have been passed came forward to file this writ petition.

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Ramadass, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2012 and 17.05.2014 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
