The second respondent in the main writ petition one M.Palanisamy is deceased, therefore in order to bring the legal representative, by way of substitution, this petition has been filed as petitioners 1 to 4 herein are the legal heirs of the second respondent M.Palanisamy.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3.Since it is a substitution petition to bring the legal representative of the deceased second respondent, this petition is accordingly ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and post the writ petition along with W.P.No.5438 of 2006 after two weeks.
