The petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 13.11.2014 on account of his involvement in a case registered by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Wing under the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
The petitioner submitted a representation on 24.11.2014 requesting the second respondent to review the order of suspension. Since there was no follow up action, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
