V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 430 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) act, in Crime No.91 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has illegally sold filter sand without any proper license. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would raise strong objection stating that the petitioner is having seven previous case. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail. 5.Considering the previous cases pending against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
