The relief for in the petition is to punish the respondents for non

compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No. 30968 of 2007 dated 03.10.2019 and pass such further or other orders.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No. 30968 of 2007 dated 03.10.2019 has been complied with by the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has also produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent in No.3278/EW1/2020, dated 26.11.2021.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties concerned and the order dated 26.11.2021 passed by the respondent, the contempt petition stands closed.
