O R D E R

The petitioner/wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2014 on the file of the Sub-Court, Poonamalee, has come forward with this transfer petition to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Trichy. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife. 3.Learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that he has no objection to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2014 as sought for by the petitioner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to order transfer. Accordingly, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2014 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Poonamallee and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Trichy, for disposal in accordance with law. The Presiding Officer, Subhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, Poonamallee, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2014 to the file of the Famiily Court, Trichy within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
