Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent relating to proceedings bearing ref.no.Na.ka.en. 15243/A-4/2022 dated 06.03.2023, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to immediately fill-up the vacancies of four teaching staff in Graduate level and one non-teaching staff as Office Assistant that arose within the sanctioned strength of the petitioners school before the start of new academic year 2023-24 and within a time period to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
