ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.629 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant and her son.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the injured is in comma stage and since his family was not able to meet out the medical expenses, he was discharged from the hospital and would further submit that anything will happen to the injured at any time.

5.Considering the fact that the injured is in comma stage and the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
