O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7 imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5304 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020.

2. Only on the undertaking given by the petitioner that he is prepared to deposit the original title deeds of the immovable property stands in his name or his relative's name, not less than the value of Rs.35,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.124 of 2020, within a period of 15 days after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking modification on the condition imposed by this Court.

3. This Court had granted anticipatory bail only on the undertaken given by the petitioner. Hence, it is not fair on the part of the petitioner to seek modification on the conditions imposed by this Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
