O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 23.06.2015 and 03.07.2015 given by her and to remove the fourth respondent from the 1st floor of the premises bearing Door No.1, 4th cross Street, CIT Colony, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004.

2. Heard Mr.A.R.L.Sundaresan, Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.John Sathyan appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. On 24.08.2016, this Court passed the following order : "Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner handed over the keys of Perumbakkam house to Mrs.V.P.Anuradha, who was present in the Court.

2. Mr.John Sathyan, learned counsel appearing for Mrs.V.P.Anuradha, submitted that she will vacate and hand over the keys of the house at Door No.1, 4th Cross Street, CIT Colony, Mylapore, Chennai-4.

3. Post for orders on 26.08.2016 for reporting compliance."

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for V.P.Anuradha handed over the keys of the house at Door no. 1, 4th cross street, CIT Colony, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004, to Mr.A.R.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for M.S.Parvatham.

5. The learned counsel appearing for V.P.Anuradha submitted that Perumbakkam house requires little cleaning up, for which Mr.A.R.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for M.S.Parvatham submitted that in few days his client will make arrangements to make it habitable.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition in closed. 26.08.2016 pvs/ds Note to Office: Issue order copy by 31.08.2016. To:
