The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Clause 1 of the Remarks in Admissibility Report dated 30.03.2016, which reads "As he was Selection grade on 04.02.2009, he is not eligible for 750 pp w.e.f.1.01.2011" and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore the PP of Rs.750 already granted to the petitioner and revise the pension and pensionary benefits and pay the arrears.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
