This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15652 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15652 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
