O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.13 of 2013 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2.A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent in which it is stated that there is no case for considering the claim of the petitioner to quash the proceedings. Further, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that investigation is going on and charge sheet will be filed as expeditiously as possible.

3.Considering the fact that the case relates to the year 2013, the respondent is directed to proceed with and file charge sheet after thorough investigation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
