2. Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 to 4 would submit that from the date of appointment, the respondents have not paid salary to the petitioner and that the petitioner has been working without salary.

3. In view of the above, the 4th respondent herein is directed to disburse the entire salary arrears and continue to pay the salary to the petitioner until further orders without prejudice to the rights of the parties.
