ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120B of IPC in Crime No.6 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and his associates cheated the defacto complainant and received Rs5,46,00,000/- on false assurance of arranging loan of Rs.200 Crores. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the Intervenor has raised strong objection by stating that the petitioner and his associates cheated the defacto complainant and received Rs5,46,00,000/- on false assurance of arranging loan of Rs.200 Crores.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is having eight previous cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and submissions of the learned Counsel, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
