ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.60 of 2018 dated 09.02.2018 on the file of the learned Principal Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai.
2.The petitioners have been granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.60 of 2018 dated 09.02.2018 by the learned Principal Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, on certain conditions, one of which is that the petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties. It is the case of the petitioners that on account of penury, they are not able to execute the bond for Rs.25,000/- and therefore, they are seeking reduction of bond amount. The fact remains that the petitioners were granted bail on 09.02.2018 and till date, they have not been able to enjoy the bail orders.

In such view of the matter, the bond amount is reduced to Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), but however, one surety should be a blood relative, who should produce necessary ID Card like Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.
