commissioner to identify and demarcate 1/5th share in (1) Schedule "A" property excepting the property mentioned in Schedule "C", (2) Schedule "B" property and (3) Schedule "C" property and allot the same to the plaintiff by giving him separate possession of the same; c) To direct the defendants to pay the costs of the suit. JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw the suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. 09.06.2022 Pns
